You can find a Mortar at the Outpost at X: 305 Y: 423.
If you already completed the outpost, restart it by playing outpost master.

Go inside silently and take out the enemy on the mortar truck. If you play on easy you might have to heal yourself from time to time but it shouldn’t be too difficult staying alive. Now take out the enemies with the mortar and make sure you let one enemy trigger the alarm to call for reinforcements. Take out the two trucks and reload the mission and replay it until you have 30 mortar kills.
