Destiny – How to get Abbadon Exotic Machine Gun (Hymns of Fire Exotic Quest Guide)

Destiny – How to get Abbadon Exotic Machine Gun (Hymns of Fire Exotic Quest Guide)

Visit this video first if you haven’t collected the first Exotic Weapon from Zavala
Nova Mortis Exotic Bounty Guide (Need to be collected first)

HOW TO GET THE ABBADON (EXOTIC HEAVY)

Now After you turn this Exotic bounty in at Zavala, he will give you “Hymns of Fire” which is your new Exotic bounty for the Abbadan.

Just like before visit Banshee-44 and he will give you an ability quest. This time you have to get Solar ability kills, which can be easily farmed in “The Dark Beyond” Mission on the moon.

Right at the first gate drop a solar grenade at the Thralls, get killed and restart at the exact same spot before the gate open. Make sure you let them come out a bit before you throw the grenade, because you don’t want to kill the Knight. If he gets killed, you lose your respawn point here. Simply go into orbit, restart the mission and you can start at the gate again.

Return to Banshee-44 one last time get your last step. You have to complete the “Shield Brothers” strike on the Dreadnaught. After finishing the Shield Brothers, you can return to Zalava in the Tower and get your new Heavy Exotic, The Abbadon.

Destiny – How to get Icebreaker Year 3 (Regeneration Ammo Sniper)

The Icebreaker is back. One of the most popular weapons from year 1 is returning for the 2016 update “The Dawning“. The Icebreaker has an extremely high damage output and it’s standout feature is the regeneration of ammo. In Year 1 it dropped randomly and it could take forever until you got one. The Year 3 Icebreaker still has an element of randomness to it but, there is a specific bounty tied to it, which makes it a lot easier.

Unlike the Year 3 Thorn or Gjallarhorn, the new Icebreaker does not come with an exotic quest. Here’s what you need to to.

HOW TO GET ICEBREAKER YEAR 3

destiny-sunrise-elite-bounty

The Elite Bounty requires you to complete Nightfall with a Gold Tier Medal before the time limit runs out.  Week one had a requirement of 50.000 points and 30 minutes par time in the Nexus Strike. Both of these requirements are not too bad, especially if you are an experienced player. Make sure you keep up a good pace while completely clearing out each area and you will get your Gold Tier without a problem.

Destiny The Dawning – “Make a Rainbow” Elite Bounty Guide – How to earn Rainbow Medals

Destiny The Dawning – “Make a Rainbow” Elite Vanguard Bounty Guide – How to earn Rainbow Medals

To get the Rainbow Elite bounty you have to go to Zavala in the Tower and pick up the new bounty.

Start a weekly strike or the nightfall (better if you want to work on it without a team interfering)

YOUTUBE PLAYLISTS (Destiny: The Dawning)

You now have to earn 10 Rainbow Medals, which is 3 kills with your primary, secondary and heavy each (Any order). A streak medal will pop up once you have your 3 kills with one weapon. These streaks give you a good amount of time, so you don’t have to do a triple kill. But you still should keep it relatively tight to be sure.

Once you earned a streak, you have all the time in the world to get your next streak (weapon order doesn’t matter). This doesn’t seem to have a timer that exprires.

But it seems that you have to keep the order Primary, Secondary and Heavy to earn a rainbow medal.

Once you have all 10 rainbow medals you can turn in your elite bounty in the progression menu for a legendary armor piece, legendary marks and some xp.
